Why UK?

Why the United Kingdom might be the right choice for you.

Currently, the UK hosts a little over 685,000 international students pursuing a higher education degree. What makes the UK such a popular choice is not just one thing, but perhaps a series of conveniences that students experience while studying there.

For beginners, the UK has one of the most hassle-free documentation processes. Unlike most popular target countries, the UK does not require proof of financial stability, and applicants can apply directly via an education l  oan. The application processing time is efficient, as students usually get a visa within 1 month to 45 days.

Despite being a predominantly English-speaking country with all of the courses taught in English, most UK universities do not require an English Proficiency Test score. Applicants can apply on the MOI (Medium of Instruction) basis.

Undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the UK are 3 years and 1 year, respectively, making them easier to afford, especially for applicants applying to a Master’s program, as the need to collect fees for the next year is eliminated.

The quality of life in the UK is also something that many students consider before applying. Ranked 23rd in the world for quality of life by the Numbeo Index with a score of 173.77, the UK also scores high in the health care index with a score of 72.46. (source: Numbeo Quality of Life Index, mid-2026). Part of it comes from the NHS facilities that international students can utilize.
