Scholarship programs in China

China has a lot to offer in scholarship for international students.

CSC (China Scholarship Council): It is government council of China providing scholarship. It is regulates centrally from Beijing. The competition to get scholarship is tough. One needs to have 80% of academic. Students get 2500 RMB for Bachelors, 3000 RMB for Masters and 3500 RMB for PhD per month. There are some conditions for scholarship continuity. They are; 80% of college attendane, 60% academic marks.

Provincial Scholarship: Scholarship varies as per province. The opportunities, conditions and amount of scholarship might vary. It is less competitive and has 95% chances to get enrolled.

Partial Scholarship: It has 100% guarantee of enrollment. As its name suggest, it provides partial opportunity of scholarship. Tuition and dormitory is free and food cost should be borne by students themselves or sometimes different.

Gap: 4-5 years
